Charity Community Service and Philanthropic Committee

The Charity, Community Service & Philanthropic Committee functions as the outreach division of Malik Temple #270, spearheading efforts to uplift, support, and invest in the communities of the City of Bessemer and West Jefferson County. Through strategic partnerships, volunteer programs, and charitable contributions, the committee coordinates initiatives that address vital concerns such as health awareness, youth development, food insecurity, and community empowerment. Additionally, the committee manages philanthropic contributions to organizations such as the American Diabetes Association and the Sickle Cell Foundation, thereby broadening its influence in promoting health and wellness. Dedicated to service with a clear purpose, this committee ensures that the Temple’s impact remains both significant and enduring.
